• Public Housing Cowlitz Villa Duplexes - Seniors 62+

The Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program waiting list is closed as of February 20, 2012.

The wait time for the Public Housing Duplex lists varies according to vacancy.

Applications for these waiting lists can be down-loaded from this website and are also available for pick up at the Kelso Housing Authority main office (1415 S. 10th Kelso, WA 98626).

Completed application forms can be submitted by mail or in person at the Kelso Housing Authority main office. (Incomplete applications can not be entered onto the waiting lists.)

Once applications are entered into the waiting list computer software program there is a 24 hour telephone call-in system for applicants who wish to track their waiting list position.

Kelso Housing Authority also maintains an application file for The Chinook - Shelter+Care and The Columbia Apartment buildings that provide housing for persons recieving services with mental health organizations in the local area. Local mental health organizations include but are not limited to Lower Columbia Mental Health, Center for Behavioral Solutions, and Regional Support Network. Interested persons may contact their mental health service provider to inquire about their eligibility. Applications for these housing programs are not available on line.
